When will my delivery arrive?

After you have a placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or text, followed by a shipment confirmation email or text.  The shipment confirmation email or text will contain a tracking number which allows you to track your parcel. For further details please see the 'Shipping Policy' 

Please note the Juqwaa Dynamic Parcel Distribution (JDPD) delivers anytime from 8am - 6.00pm.

When will my order be dispatched?

1. Orders placed by 2.00pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day.
2. Orders using the next working day service placed after 2.00pm on Thursday through to 5.00pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday. 

3. Orders placed after 5.00pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

4. Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed by Friday before 2.300pm

5. Orders for Sunday Delivery must be placed by Saturday before 11.00am

6. Of Shore Deliveries are only dispatched on Sundays through to Wednesday and can take upto two working days to arrive

7. JDPD does not guaranteed next day delivery

Although most deliveries arrive next day, some may be delayed until the following business day

Orders placed over a holiday will be dispatched the next working day following the holiday. During the month of December we are available 24/7 for 31 days

Can I select a particular delivery time?

The delivery service we offer is JDPD Next Working Day and to keep delivery prices competitive, allocated time delivery is currently not available. However JDPD will provide an hour timeslot allocated on the delivery day.

Will I receive my delivery on a Bank Holiday?

Unfortunately JDPD do not deliver on holidays or public holidays. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day after the bank/public holiday. Only on the month of December we do work all through.

I have placed an order for delivery, can I collect the order instead?

Please email us on [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please note however, due to the processes in place for order picking and shipment, we might not always be able to change from delivery to click and collect or vise-versa. 

Can I collect my order from the Slough or Reading Superstore branch?

All orders need to be collected from our online holding house, Nairobi West, Osidai Plaza, Office 10, next to Nairobi West Hospital.

Can I collect my order on the same day?

Orders can be collected on the same day. If you require this service, please call us 0721123015 to discuss your options.

Which day can I collect my order?

We are open Monday - Sunday 9am-6pm for order collections. Please call us on 0722123015 if you cannot arrive on your collection day.
