Can I return unwanted products?

Non perishable items are refundable if not wanted. However you will have to arrange your own postage and packaging to return the product. Email us on [email protected] to check which products can be returned before sending them back to us.

I have a damage/missing items in my order?

Please email our Customer Service Team the details of any damages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please attach pictures of any damaged products. We will review your claim and will respond via email as soon as possible.
